H IPC History

​

During the 7th Summit Conference on Oct. 24-25, 1966,
former Ferdinand Edralin Marcos organized H-IPC
"Highest International Police Commission" at the Royal Palace (Malacañang)
and was strengthened by the Republic Act 5445.

On the following year, 1967, during the
Volcanic Summit Conference, it was ratified through
Republic Act 5446.

In 1986 during the EDSA Revolution,
when President Ferdinand E. Marcos left the Philippines,
his generals go in different ways which in-active the
organization in the Philippines.

May 30, 2017, H-IPC was regrouped to the Philippines
under the new name of "H-IPC International Police Commission
of Alpha Omega World Development Marshall Programme Inc."

And on June 15, 2017, H-IPC International

Police Commission
of Alpha Omega World Development Marshall Programme Inc.
was officially registered at the Securities and Exchange Commission
in the Philippine Government with the SEC Registration No.
CN201719560 and TIN No. 009-704-277-000 and was registered at
Department of Social Welfare and Development with Registration No.
DSWD-FO-VI-R-000120-2019 on May 3, 2019.

And on July 29, 2019, H-IPC International Police Commission
of Alpha Omega World Development Marshall Programme Inc.
was issued Certificate of License to Operate by DSWD with
License No. DSWD-FO-VI-L00088-2019 under the supervision of
General Jinny N. Pico.
